What is Confessio?

Confessio is a student journal of theology and ministry at Duke Divinity School, written by and for the student community. We seek to glorify the Triune God with our minds, hands, and feet, as we prepare to faithfully proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ in the church and the world. To that end, we aspire to become a place for ongoing conversation among the Duke Divinity community, endeavoring to think theologically and to listen carefully to each other and to God’s Word as we engage with contemporary issues, Scripture and the church’s tradition, pastoral ministry, literature and the arts, and events here at Duke. We invite you to join the discussion, as we journey together ever deeper into the truth revealed in Jesus Christ, our Savior and Lord.
